Healthcare Assistant Role This role entails supporting nursing staff and delivering person-centred care to meet residents' needs.
Promote residents' mobility and supervise activities for optimum mobility.
Assist with personal hygiene while maintaining dignity.
Required Skills and Qualifications: The ability to work effectively in a team environment, communicating respectfully and compassionately with colleagues, patients, families, carers or other healthcare professionals as appropriate.
A high level of physical fitness is essential due to the nature of this job which requires manual handling tasks such as lifting/moving individuals,moving equipment etc.

The candidate should be able to lift up-to 25kg occasionally without assistance.
