We are now inviting applications from experienced Social Care Professionals for the role of Deputy Person in Charge at a Residential Care Home located in Drogheda .
In this leadership role, the successful candidate will oversee a dedicated staff team and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality support to separated children seeking international protection.
Key Requirements: A minimum of 1 years' proven management experience in a similar setting Strong background in leading and supervising teams Demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders Experience working with young people in care Solid experience in delivering care within a community setting Excellent report writing and documentation skills This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact within a supportive and mission-driven environment.
