The role will support project teams with document control and general administration, ensuring information is managed accurately and efficiently.Key responsibilities include:Managing project documentation, drawings, specifications, and registersEnsuring all documents are logged, updated, issued, and stored correctlyUploading and maintaining records on internal systemsLiaising with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors regarding document flowTracking revisions and ensuring the latest information is circulatedPreparing reports, correspondence, and meeting minutesCoordinating meetings and maintaining organised filing systemsAssisting with procurement tasks such as issuing purchase ordersSupporting health & safety administration, including training records and inductionsHandling general office duties and providing admin support as requiredRequirements:Experience in document control, project administration, or site administration (construction preferred)Strong IT and organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProfessional communication skills, both written and verbalThis role offers a salary of up to €45,000 and the opportunity to work within a supportive head office environment on a 1-year maternity leave contract.
