We have a fantastic opportunity for a
Senior Chef de Partie
to join our award-winning culinary team at the Kilkenny River Court Hotel.
The Kilkenny River Court Hotel is a premier 4-star city centre hotel and is superbly located adjacent to the main shopping areas, theatres, entertainment, tourist attractions, Kilkenny's Medieval Mile, and Kilkenny Castle.
We are part of the Neville Hotel group, a family-owned Irish Hotel Group with six iconic hotels: The Royal Marine Hotel in Dún Laoghaire County Dublin, Druids Glen Hotel & Golf Resort in Wicklow, The Kilkenny River Court Hotel, The Tower Hotel & Leisure Centre in Waterford City, the Ravenport Resort in Curracloe, and Whites of Wexford.
The Candidate
The ideal candidates for these roles will be confident, organised, passionate, and have excellent attention to detail.
They will also have a flexible attitude towards shift work as the role will involve working evenings, midweek, and weekends.
Experience and Responsibilities
Candidates will have a minimum of 3 year experience in a busy kitchen.
Recognised qualification and experience of managing and implementing a HACCP system.
Display excellence in food preparation and service.
Experience of menu design and implementation and food costings.
Driven and enthusiastic to achieve excellence.
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.

Comp golf available on Druids Heath to all Neville Hotel Team Members (T's & C's apply).
Free onsite tea/coffee.
