Accounts Administrator Limerick
This is a contract position requiring previous accounts administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
* We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in accounts administration/payable roles who can work effectively with business partners and vendors to ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor requests.
The ideal candidate will also have experience working on Oracle or SAP systems, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
This contract role offers €17.30 per hour paid weekly, with a 35-hour workweek and 26 days annual leave. You will be responsible for various tasks including reconciliations, financial controls, and transaction posting.
About the Role:
* Ensure timely and accurate payment of all vendor payment requests.
* Prepare regular reconciliations of vendor AP accounts.
* Post details of business transactions into financial systems.
* Help prepare reconciliations of balance sheet accounts.
* Sort, prioritize, and distribute incoming communications.
