Job Description:
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the organisation and monitoring of a team to achieve key objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive performance and assess progress of the team by regular measurement against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Supervise a team in the successful delivery of production targets.
* Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all Health and Safety requirements and procedures are adhered to.
* Identify and address technical issues/opportunities which can impact upon production and quality.

* Proven experience in supervisory or management roles within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and challenge teams.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
