Key Responsibilities Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract buyers and tenants. Create engaging property listings, advertisements, and promotional content across digital and traditional channels. Manage online platforms, social media, signage, and print media to enhance property visibility. Stay informed on current market trends and competitor activity. Generate and qualify leads, schedule and conduct property viewings. Guide clients through the sales and rental process, including negotiations, pricing, mortgage advice, legal requirements, and market insights. Build strong relationships with legal teams, construction partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. Maintain accurate records and handle all relevant documentation and registers. Address aftersales queries in a timely and professional manner.
