Our team is looking for a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Technician. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform a variety of duties in electronic, mechanical, electromechanical and optical areas, including constructing, troubleshooting, calibrating, adjusting, testing, diagnosing and maintaining equipment, devices or systems.
* Develop engineering solutions using DMAIC methodology in a controlled environment.
* Work from schematics, engineering drawings and written or verbal instructions to operate related equipment and conduct tests.
* Provide technical support in areas such as production, operations, maintenance, safety, testing, process improvement, IT and product development.
* Responsible for the installation, calibration and preventative maintenance of on-line process equipment, and for preparing and controlling documentation outlining product processing work steps.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support Lean Sigma initiatives.
* Assist with training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
* Hold a minimum certificate or NFQ level 6 qualification in a related discipline.
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
* Be proficient in computer literacy and have experience working in a team dynamic environment.
* Knowledge of statistical tools is an advantage.
