You are ambitious and a top performer with experience in moving fast while solving problems.ResponsibilitiesThe Marketing Executive will be responsible for the following:Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Executives to plan, implement, measure and report on marketing initiatives in line with company objectives and KPIs setContribute to building, planning, and managing the marketing strategy for Finol Oils and Gem Oils.Develop and implement effective digital marketing multi-channel campaigns including content, email marketing and social media promotion across our websites to grow online presence and secure high-quality leadsCreate and publish a variety of content across our marketing channels including SEO articles, whitepapers, eBooks, infographics and videosAssist key stakeholders in new product launches through online and offline initiativesManage the Tricel Distribution Division websites (Finol and Gem Oils), continuously optimizing the user experience and conversionSystematically conduct market research, competitor analysis and record customer feedback, and share insights with stakeholdersProvide assistance and support to the sales teams in lead generation, product promotion and market intelligenceUnderstand and document user personas and the buyer journey to support the creation of high value content that resonates with our customersAssist in the creation and maintenance of marketing reports to track performance and ROI, as well as using this data to identify opportunities for growth or fast correct initiativesPrepare and deliver targeted email campaigns to help achieve lead generation targetsManage all tradeshows and customer events throughout the year.Liaise with stakeholders internally and externally throughout the organisationIdentify and execute targeted advertising campaigns with key partners that align with our core customer base.Create product and technical editorial content to support and enhance advertising campaigns.Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives across the Distribution Division as required.Experience And QualificationsDegree in Marketing or related disciplineProven marketing experience delivering tangible results in a fast-paced environment.Digital Marketing experience is essentialExperience in Search Engine Optimisation a distinct advantageExperience in working with and quickly adopting marketing platforms and tools e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Business SuiteApproaches problems with curiosity and open-mindednessAbility to work quickly and accurately across multiple teams and locations, and readily adapt to a changing and dynamic environmentCustomer centricity is a distinct advantageExcellent interpersonal, communications, networking and influencing skillsStrong analytical and organisational skills are essential to evaluate both online and offline business opportunities, challenges and performanceEnthusiastic team player with an ability to listen, learn, contribute and influenceStrategic thinker with a creative, innovative approach to team projects focused on resultsWhat do we offer?At Finol, we care about you and your progression.
