Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 support specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical expertise to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer support queries in a timely and professional manner.
* Take ownership of support issues and manage them through to closure.
* Research and implement fixes for complex technical issues.
* Manage and prioritize support tickets to meet agreed Service Level Agreements.
* Keep customers informed of progress and escalate queries as required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years' experience in application support, particularly with ERP/CRM software.
* Experience as a software tester, including functional testing, test scripting, and bug reporting.
* Familiarity with CRM software such as Dynamics 365.
* Knowledge of Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies.
Desirable Skills
A qualification in Computer Science or Business Information Systems would be beneficial, as would experience working with or implementing Dynamics 365 or other ERP/financial software applications.
