What the role involves
This is a fast-paced role where no two day are the same. You will be a key part of the team, helping keep our yard running smoothly and officially as possible. making sure our customer receive the best service possible.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Unloading deliveries of steel and stock
* picking and preparing orders
* loading delivery truck for next day deliveries
* keeping the yard and warehouse clean and in a respectable manor
* working closely with fellow employees
* supporting with stock checks and general warehouse customer service pitching in whenever needed to keep things moving -especially during a busy day.
* preparing sheds and cutting steel to customer orders.
What we are looking for:
* Someone who has driven a forklift before/side loader
* previous experience in yard work
* someone who is willing to learn or have a general knowledge of steel.
* Strong customer service skills and a friendly approachable manner.
* good communication skills and a team focused mindset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €13.50-€15.50 per hour
Expected hours: 39 per week
