Product Engineering Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Product Engineering Lead to oversee our Product Engineering Group at a Dublin facility. This team provides critical engineering support for programs within the Commercial Aircraft Sector.

This role involves overseeing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring alignment with strategic growth through the New Product Development process.

* Lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring alignment with strategic growth through the New Product Development process.
* Represent product engineering on leadership teams and serve as the liaison between local teams and global technical resources.
* Provide daily product engineering support to production, ensuring product integrity and efficiency.
* Develop repair capabilities in compliance with regulatory standards.
* Define and schedule equipment development to support production.
* Support lean initiatives and process improvements across the site.

* Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
* Strong technical background in aircraft hardware repair and overhaul, especially in fuel-engine accessories and hydraulic components.
* Familiarity with aircraft engine technologies and current market trends is highly desirable.
* Solid understanding of regulatory requirements.
* Experience with Root Cause/Corrective Action, LEAN, project planning, product line transfer, and data analysis.
* Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
