Finance & Operations Manager International Law Firm Dublin 2 (Onsite) Salary: €65,000 €95,000 DOE Permanent | Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week Our client, a highly regarded international law firm, is seeking an experienced Finance & Operations Manager to support the Partners and Senior Management Team in their expanding Dublin office. This is a key leadership role combining full financial oversight with day-to-day operational management and strategic business support. Key Responsibilities Finance Duties: Prepare monthly management accounts and detailed analysis (fee earner utilisation, WIP, AR, revenue, billings, collections) Oversee weekly cash flow reporting and ensure accurate daily transaction processing Conduct balance sheet and bank reconciliations Submit VAT & VIES returns and ensure Law Society compliance Support annual audits and assist in year-end financial statements Handle credit control and respond to finance-related queries from Partners and fee earners Operational & Management Duties: Provide strategic insights and analysis to Partners and senior leaders Oversee and support a finance assistant and admin staff Work with external IT and case management providers on process and system improvements Support HR functions including salary reviews, recruitment, performance reviews and staff integration Contribute to budgeting, reforecasting, resource planning and procurement Offer commercial input into pitch and tender processes Candidate Requirements Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA) with 3+ years PQE Or Part-Qualified with 5+ years experience in a legal or professional services environment Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and performance management Strong working knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Legislation Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets Desirable: Experience using Practice Evolve Background in professional services or legal practice finance Apply today: By sending your CV to Jane Ryan via the link below.
