Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement new products and processes of a medical devices.
* Choose relevant materials and stakeholders to meet design specifications.
* Project manager clinical studies to conclude engineering related decisions.
* Formulate SOPs and reports, including validation and verification documents where required.
* Mentor junior engineering and product development employees on R&D procedures.
* Act as a lead in investigation and root cause analysis procedures.
Key Skills Required:
* Degree in Engineering or Scientific related discipline.
* 3+ years experience in R&D or process development related roles within an ISO13485 regulated environment.
* Experience in process validation, verification and validation activities.
