Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out
Friendly, professional, and well-presented with excellent customer service skills
Work as part of a team
Handle phone and email inquiries
Manage bookings and reservations
IT skills including Hotsoft or similar
Excellent organisational skills to process payments and maintain accurate records
Meticulous attention to detail
Requirements
Prior reception or hospitality experience
Bookkeeping skills are helpful but not essential
Flexible hours including some weekends
A sense of humour and plenty of energy and stamina
