Technical Support Specialist
The primary objective of this role is to provide technical support and coordination services within the customer service department.

* Service and Support Planning
* Customer Timely Support
* On-site Emergency Support
* Technical Reporting
* Training and Development
* Liaison with Internal Departments
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A third-level qualification in engineering or applicable trade
* Strong communication skills in written and spoken English
* Experience in a similar technical support role
* Knowledge of PLCs and Variable Speed Drives (VSD)
