Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound outreach to new prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Follow structured scripts and outreach workflows to ensure consistent communication
Promote our Circular IT Services to Identify potential ITAD (IT Asset Disposal) / ITALM (IT Asset Lifecycle Management) & ITALM opportunities across various sectors and regions
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for Business Development Managers
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our system
Build a strong understanding of our services
Meet and exceed monthly activity and appointment-setting targets
Work collaboratively with the Business Development team to improve lead quality and conversion
Represent the company in a professional and customer-focused manner
Skills & Experience
Confident communicator, comfortable making outbound calls
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Self-motivated and target-driven
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Willingness to learn and take direction from scripts and established processes
Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or a customer-facing role
Knowledge of ITAD, IT services, recycling or technology industry (not required but helpful)
Fluent in German (written and spoken)
