Job Title: Transformation Manager
This role is responsible for driving organisational change through the management of a diverse portfolio of projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to shape the annual strategic change portfolio, considering project timing, dependencies, and resource availability.
- Oversee the delivery of the strategic projects portfolio, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of change management experience with direct engagement at leadership level.
- Strong understanding of change processes, particularly how individuals and organisations adapt to change.
- Demonstrated experience in M&A integration.
