A typical day involves overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, while supporting strategic talent acquisition projects, processes, and programs to meet business needs.
* You will design and implement sourcing strategies to effectively identify and attract top talent.
* Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday Recruit accurately and efficiently.
* Partner with hiring managers to create competitive and attractive job offers that secure top talent.
* Educate hiring managers on best practices in recruiting, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone can learn and grow.
Essential Experience and Skills
* Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter, or in a similar HR role.
* Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
* Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
