Document Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Document Coordinator to join our team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure accurate and efficient document management throughout the organization
* Develop and implement document control procedures and policies
* Manage and maintain document databases and filing systems
* Provide administrative support to Engineering and Projects departments
* Coordinate and review technical documents for compliance with project requirements
Requirements:
* Proven experience in document control and management
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively with technical departments and personnel
* Proficiency in electronic documentation systems and MS Office
Working Conditions:
* Full-time hours available Monday to Friday
* Location: Cork
