1. Support the Head Baker in managing the daily operations of our busy bakery department.
2. Baking novelty, birthday, and celebration cakes will be a priority for this role.
3. Baking breads and small cakes.
4. Implementing HACCP protocols.
5. Preparing food ingredients.
6. Developing new menu items and products.
7. Managing food waste.
8. Providing exceptional customer service at all times.
The ideal candidate will have:
1. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a baker.
2. Ability to create unique novelty cakes.
3. Capability to make high-quality birthday and celebration cakes.
4. HACCP training certification.
5. Fluency in written and spoken English language.
