Front Office Management Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our front office team in Dublin. As the face of the hotel, this individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless operations at reception and guiding a team of staff members.
* Manage daily activities of the front office team, including supervising staff and maintaining high standards of customer service.
* Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and optimize revenue streams.
* Develop and implement effective strategies for staff training and development to enhance overall performance.
* Analyze and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure they align with industry best practices and company objectives.
* Liaise with sales and revenue teams to manage group reservations and optimize room allocation.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Familiarity with Online Travel Agency (OTA) Extranets is an advantage.
* Working knowledge of Hotsoft System preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent people management abilities.
