Scrum Master 12-Month Rolling Contract My client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams within their Irish technology division. You'll play a key role in driving Agile delivery, fostering collaboration, and ensuring teams consistently deliver high-quality outcomes. Hybrid working role - strong rate available. Key Responsibilities Lead Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Support Product Owners with backlog management and prioritization. Remove impediments and drive continuous improvement. Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and practices. Promote collaboration, transparency, and delivery excellence. Skills & Experience 5-7+ years' experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks. Proven ability to facilitate and coach cross-functional teams. Experience with JIRA and Confluence. Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II, or SAFe) preferred.
