About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and guide a team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving key performance indicators.

* Lead and coach your team to deliver outstanding results by ensuring great service, standards and availability.
* Drive all key performance indicators for your departments, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Mentor and support your team members in making decisions that align with company goals and objectives.
* Ensure that all processes, routines, and systems for your departments are completed accurately and efficiently.
* Develop and implement seasonal, trade driving and promotional activities to maximize sales, impact and presentation.
* Take ownership of all safe and legal routines for my departments, maintaining plans to address any identified issues.
* Create an environment that encourages innovation, personal growth and teamwork.


Your Key Responsibilities

We expect our ideal candidate to:

* Put the customer first in every interaction, prioritizing their needs and satisfaction.
* Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their preferences and tailoring services accordingly.
* Ensure products and services are always available to meet customer demands.
* Treat all products with care, maintaining quality and presentation standards.
* Main tain a clean and tidy shop floor and back areas at all times.
* Follow departmental routines and processes diligently.
* Adhere to company policies and Health and Safety guidelines rigorously.


You will need:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

* Previous management experience, preferably in retail or a related field.
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality services that meet customer expectations.
* The ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and priorities.
* The drive to achieve key objectives in a fast-paced environment.
* The confidence to take on additional responsibilities and lead by example.
* The influence to shape and contribute to strategic decisions.
* Relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
