About the Role
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee and guide a team of professionals in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving key performance indicators.
* Lead and coach your team to deliver outstanding results by ensuring great service, standards and availability.
* Drive all key performance indicators for your departments, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
* Mentor and support your team members in making decisions that align with company goals and objectives.
* Ensure that all processes, routines, and systems for your departments are completed accurately and efficiently.
* Develop and implement seasonal, trade driving and promotional activities to maximize sales, impact and presentation.
* Take ownership of all safe and legal routines for my departments, maintaining plans to address any identified issues.
* Create an environment that encourages innovation, personal growth and teamwork.

You will need:

* Relevant retail experience is highly desirable.
