Michael Lyng Motors — a proud, family-run dealership representing Hyundai and Ford across Kilkenny and Carlow— is seeking a passionate and organised Marketing Manager to lead our marketing activity across both brands and locations.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement Hyundai and Ford marketing plans to promote the sale of new vehicles.
* Create and deliver Michael Lyng Motors campaigns focused on used cars, aftersales, and local marketing activity.
* Manage sponsorships and community partnerships, ensuring regular visibility across GAA, golf, and local events.
* Coordinate traditional media activity, including radio, print, and outdoor advertising.
* Plan and execute showroom events, off-site activations, and brand ambassador activity.
* Oversee creative design, photography, and video production for campaigns and social media content.
* Maintain brand tone and compliance with Hyundai and Ford brand guidelines — both digitally and in-showroom.
* Liaise closely with senior management, sales and aftersales teams, and manufacturer representatives to align marketing activity with business goals.
* Take full ownership of the vehicle marketing process, managing all logistics from initial trade-in through to online listing, photography, advertising, and eventual removal once sold.
About You
* Minimum 3 years' marketing experience, ideally in the motor trade or a related sector but not essential.
* Strong digital marketing knowledge, particularly in Meta Ads, Google Ads, email marketing, and content creation.
* Excellent copywriting, organisational, and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects across two busy locations.
* A creative yet practical mindset with strong attention to detail.
* Comfortable producing in-house creative (design, photography, short-form video).
* Full clean driving licence required.
