IT Support Specialist
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading IT field services company, providing top-notch support to customers across Ireland.
About the Role
This role involves delivering exceptional customer service through troubleshooting software and hardware issues remotely, answering calls/emails/tickets from end users, and logging and escalating unresolved issues. You will also be responsible for password resets and account unlocks, imaging and re-imaging PCs/laptops, mobile device configuration and support, and user onboarding and offboarding.
