We are seeking an experienced Compliments & Complaints Officer to lead and strengthen how feedback is received, managed and used to improve services across the organisation. The role This is a national role reporting to the Head of Quality and Practice Development, with responsibility for: Leading Rehab Group's compliments and complaints framework Managing the complaints database, reporting and learning processes Supporting staff and managers in effective, person-centred complaint handling Developing and delivering values-driven training Reporting to senior leadership, the Board and external funders The role plays a key part in promoting a positive culture where feedback is welcomed and used to drive meaningful service improvement. About you You will have: A third-level qualification in health, social care or a related discipline Proven experience managing complaints processes or systems Strong communication, analytical and report-writing skills Confidence supporting staff, families and service users Experience in regulated or social care environments (desirable) Why join us?
