Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Roofing Site / Project Manager
to oversee the delivery of roofing projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a minimum of five years' experience in roofing, with a strong background in flat roofing systems, detailing, Health & Safety compliance, and people management.

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent organisational and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide effective on-site solutions and maintain strong relationships with teams, suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage all aspects of roofing projects on site, ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
* Lead site teams, coordinating trades and ensuring safe, efficient workflow.
* Oversee quality control, workmanship, and detailing on all roofing systems, particularly flat roofing.
* Ensure strict compliance with company Health & Safety policies and site-specific requirements.
* Conduct toolbox talks, site inductions, and maintain accurate safety documentation.
* Liaise with clients, main contractors, and internal management to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Order and manage materials, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency.
* Prepare progress reports and resolve any on-site challenges.
* Provide technical input and solutions to installation issues.
* Maintain high standards of communication and teamwork across all levels of the business.

Requirements

* Minimum
5 years' experience
in roofing site or project management.
* Proven knowledge of
flat roofing systems
and Traditional Roofing.
* Strong understanding of
Health & Safety management
and documentation.
* Excellent
people management and leadership skills
.
* Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
* Strong organisational and communication abilities.
* Proficient in reading drawings and coordinating technical details.
* Full clean
driving licence
and
own transport
essential.
* Must have
own tools
.
* Flexibility to travel to sites across the
West of Ireland
once the Galway project is completed.
