About the Role
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our organization as a Strategic Planning and Execution Lead. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive growth, operational efficiency, and business objectives.
The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, conduct market research and industry trend analysis to identify growth opportunities, lead strategy planning, including setting goals, priorities, and resource allocation, and develop initiatives, action plans, and KPIs to track progress.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related; MBA preferred
* At least 5 years in strategic planning, business development, or related roles
* Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven success in executing strategic plans
* Experience in project management
