Then the Sales Executive position at MD7 – or as we call it, Lease Consultant – could be the perfect opportunity for you In this role, you'll have the chance to reach your full potential thanks to our transparent and uncapped commission structure.As a Lease Consultant, you will negotiate the terms for leasing mobile network sites and manage the entire contract negotiation process – guiding landlords all the way to the final signature of the lease agreements.DAY-TO-DAYCommunication with landlords: Negotiating lease agreements via phone and attempting to establish contact with landlordsPreparation for landlord conversations: Reviewing and researching existing and/or new lease agreements using various databases and software systemsData maintenance: Entering and updating dataProposal creation: Preparing presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email and postYOUR PROFILEExcellent German skills, written and spoken (minimum level C1)Basic knowledge of English, written and spokenEffective communication skillsHigh self-motivation and ability to work independentlyEfficient time management skillsStrong negotiation skills are a plusWe understand that you may not meet all the requirements.
