About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all orders and queries from customers, building strong relationships with them, and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced customer service environment, preferably within a multinational company. They will have excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner, and be able to work effectively in a multicultural team.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all orders and queries from customers
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Ensure that customers receive excellent customer service
* Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure all orders are processed accurately and promptly
* Handle and resolve customer complaints and product issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Fluency in Dutch required
* Fluency in French desirable
* Education to Leaving Certificate level (or similar)
* Business or other relevant 3rd level qualification desirable
* A number of years' experience of working in a fast-moving customer service environment
* Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
