Today, we are One ViClarity, a global RegTech organisation headquartered in Tralee, Co Kerry and with US offices in Des Moines, Iowa.About the RoleWe’re seeking a senior, revenue-facing marketing leader responsible for driving pipeline and growth across multiple highly regulated global verticals, while directly leading the Healthcare vertical. This role will operate as the Head of Marketing for the business, responsible for building and scaling a commercially effective marketing function. A player-coach role — you will set strategy while remaining close to execution, particularly in early-stage campaign development and sales alignment. This is not a brand or communications role. It is a commercial leadership role with clear accountability for pipeline creation, conversion, and growth.
