Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional on-site IT support to end users.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
* Support senior engineers on projects and escalate where required.
* Monitor, manage, and resolve tickets within SLA.
* Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to the knowledge base.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Level 2 Service Delivery role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong skills in Active Directory, Azure, Office 365 Admin, and Windows environments.
