We are recruiting an experienced Part time Bookkeeper to work for a growing membership organisation based in D2.
This role will involve working closely with the CEO.
Duties will involve:
Financial reporting to the CEO
Handle all aspects of membership subscription invoicing, receipting and addressing payment queries.
Manage all financial transactions, including payments (AP) and receipts (AR)
Support the Auditors in relation to preparing financial updates and annual budgets.
Manage payroll processing and related HR administrative duties, ie documentation and record keeping for staff.
Office Management duties- oversee all administrative tasks to ensure the office operates smoothly.
Coordinate building management and external service contracts.
Qualifications required:
IATI qualified or pt qualified ACCA/CIMA
Previous bookkeeping experience is required.
Familiar with bright books useful but not necessary.
Experience running a payroll
