Part-Time Sales Administrator / Personal AssistantRentRight | Property Management SoftwareLocation: Remote (Mayo/Galway based)Hours: 15–20 hours per week plus as company grows.Employment Type: Part-TimeAbout RentRightRentRight is an emerging property management software platform supporting landlords and property managers with compliance, communication, and operational efficiency. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a professional and highly organised Sales Administrator / Personal Assistant to support commercial activities and executive operations.This role will report directly to the Founder and play a key role in supporting structured business growth.Position OverviewThe successful candidate will provide administrative and sales support to ensure efficient lead management, accurate CRM data, effective scheduling, and smooth day-to-day operations.This is a detail-focused role requiring discretion, professionalism, and strong organisational capability.Key ResponsibilitiesSales AdministrationMaintain and update CRM systems with accuracyTrack and manage sales pipeline activityCoordinate follow-up communications with prospective clientsSchedule product demonstrations and meetingsPrepare sales documentation, proposals, and follow-up correspondenceConduct research on prospective clients and industry sectorsExecutive & Administrative SupportDiary and calendar managementMeeting coordination and preparation of briefing documentsPreparation of reports and performance summariesSupport invoicing and basic financial trackingGeneral administrative duties as requiredCandidate ProfileEssential:Minimum 3/4 years' experience in a sales administration, executive assistant, or similar support roleStrong organisational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office / Google WorkspaceExperience using CRM systemsDesirable:Experience within property, SaaS, or technology sectorsFamiliarity with compliance-driven environmentsBookkeeping or accounts administration experiencePersonal AttributesProfessional and discreetProactive and self-motivatedStructured and process-orientedCommercially awareComfortable working independentlyWhat We OfferFlexible working arrangementCompetitive hourly rate (commensurate with experience)Opportunity to contribute to the growth of a scaling technology businessPotential for increased hours as the company expandsProfit sharing on gross margin from salesApplication ProcessInterested applicants should submit:A current CVA brief cover letter outlining relevant experienceApplications will be treated in strict confidence.Job Type: Part-timePay: €27,000.00-€35,000.00 per yearBenefits:FlexitimeProfit sharingWork from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Cornaroya, Ballinrobe, CO.
