Purpose of the role:
We are seeking a talented
Graphic Designer
to be a key contributor to the visual execution of customer-facing design work across VRAI's range of products and marketing channels. This hands-on role will involve creating compelling marketing assets, event materials, business development collateral, and product visuals, including dashboards and demo/proof-of-concept graphics. You will play a key role in ensuring brand consistency and delivering high-quality design across all touchpoints in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities:
Brand & Marketing Design
* Design marketing and sales collateral: brochures, pitch decks, social media assets, case studies
* Update and maintain website visuals
* Support visuals for key events, partner demos, and presentations
* Create and maintain scalable templates for recurring needs (event assets, presentations, documents)
* Help maintain and evolve brand guidelines and design processes
Product UI/UX Design
* Support UI/UX Designer with interface design (e.g. dashboards, interactions)
* Ensure product visuals align with brand identity and customer expectations
Qualifications & Profile:
* Strong experience in a design role across product, digital, and/or brand
* Strong portfolio of both original UI design and brand/marketing collateral
* Skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
* Solid understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and information design
* Ability to work across multiple projects and deliver on time without heavy supervision
* Experience working in a startup, or high-growth environment
