Electrical Maintenance Specialist
Job Summary:
* Manage and maintain electrical infrastructure, including medium and low voltage power distribution, lighting, emergency generators, and process gas delivery systems.
* Perform routine inspections, preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical assets, such as switchgears, transformers, and distribution panels.
* Carry out electrical work in potentially explosive atmospheres (CompEx/ATEX), ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the reliability of electrical systems to prevent downtime and ensure continuous operation.
* Inspect and test electrical equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement electrical infrastructure projects.
Requirements:
* Trade qualification or Electrical Engineering degree.
* Minimum of 10 years experience in facilities/utilities management within GMP or regulated environments.
* Proven hands-on experience working with medium and low voltage electrical systems, including maintenance and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
