Description

Our busy Wexford office are seeking a Receptionist to join our Front-of-House team. This person will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors, and employees while ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including managing reception duties, coordinating meeting and event setups, and maintaining office functionality. As the first point of contact, the Receptionist upholds the company's professional image, supports administrative tasks, and ensures the office is well-organised, stocked, and operates efficiently to meet the needs of staff and visitors alike.

Key Requirements

Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front of House or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).

Professional attitude with outstanding attention to detail.

Ability to deal with several tasks concurrently and deal with changing priorities.

Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Customer service attitude.

Fluent in both oral and written English.

Relevant qualification in Office Administration is a plus.
