OverviewThis is a high-impact, strategic leadership role reporting to the Head of Engineering. You will lead a team of engineers in design, development and implementation of equipment that shape our technology landscape and play a crucial role in driving process improvements to ensure the plant operates efficiently.Duties and responsibilitiesTechnical LeadershipIdentify and resolve complex problems where analysis of issues requires in-depth knowledgeDrive efficiency, continuous improvement and innovationProject ManagementManage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to ensure timely completionManage the department overhead and project costs.
