We're hiring a
Customer Relationship Manager
to lead on new business development, onboard new clients, and build relationships that set the stage for long-term success.

What You'll Be Doing
Identifying, engaging, and winning new end-user clients across target sectors
Managing the on-boarding process, ensuring smooth adoption and early wins
Developing strong relationships with key stakeholders from first contact
Preparing accounts for hand-over to the Key Account Management team
Feeding market insights back into Commend's product, marketing, and sales strategy

A confident, relationship-first approach with strong presentation skills
Resilience, autonomy, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle
A desire to work with a company genuinely leading its field
