We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the management and delivery of small to large-scale energy infrastructure schemes throughout Ireland.
The ideal candidate should have relevant experience, preferably from a design consultancy background, with demonstrated expertise in all phases of planning, design, and construction.
The candidate will join our busy Transportation & Energy team based in Dublin.
The role requires a self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible individual willing to take responsibility and collaborate effectively, with experience in delivering multi-disciplinary designs.
This role involves working closely with industry-leading clients and stakeholders, including responsibilities such as winning work, overseeing delivery, client management, financial oversight, technical knowledge of site/route optioneering and appraisal, and managing statutory approval documentation, contracts, and construction activities.
Your Purpose: Ensure the provision of efficient, high-quality engineering services with a high level of quality assurance in accordance with relevant standards and codes.Possess technical experience in developing linear infrastructure through all project stages: Optioneering and Appraisal, Preliminary Design, Planning, Detailed Design, Procurement, and Construction Stage Administration, preferably using Public Works Contracts and/or NEC.Be Chartered or near Chartered status.Ability to manage a multi-disciplinary team.Proven ability to lead, manage budgets and programmes, control costs, and manage change processes.Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, delivery partners, and team members to ensure successful results and effective delivery.Willingness to develop and build client relationships.Confidence to challenge the status quo and think innovatively.Experience in managing clients and external stakeholders effectively, preferably in Ireland/UK, both technically and commercially.Hold a full Irish/EU driving licence.What you can bring: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Flexible approach with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Positive outlook and approachable manner.Motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.About Us: At AtkinsRéalis, we prioritize Environment, Sustainability, and Health & Safety in our business strategy.
