Our client, a global leader in digital advertising solutions, is looking for a strategic, data-driven Media Account Manager to join their team. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to top-tier advertisers, helping them achieve their business goals through advanced media strategies and advertising technology.
You'll drive growth through campaign optimization, in-depth analytics, and strategic consultation helping clients unlock the full potential of our client's advertising platform portfolio, including Search, Display, and YouTube.
What You'll Do:
* Build and implement integrated digital campaign strategies that drive ROI and long-term growth.
* Manage advertising performance across multiple media products.
* Identify creative solutions to complex marketing challenges and surface high-impact opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to develop strategic client growth plans.
Data & Insights
* Analyze customer data to identify trends, gaps, and new opportunities.
* Translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
* Provide product feedback to internal teams to support ongoing innovation.
Execution & Optimization
* Oversee campaign implementations, ensuring alignment with client goals and best practices.
* Resolve escalated issues swiftly by coordinating across teams, tools, and processes.
* Optimize operational workflows through automation and vendor support models.
Stakeholder Collaboration
* Build strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
* Represent the voice of the customer in strategic conversations across departments.
* Coordinate timelines, campaign execution, and feedback loops across stakeholders.
Thought Leadership
* Share best practices through training, case studies, and industry events.
* Stay on top of industry trends and competitive developments.
* Act as a strategic advisor to clients, championing innovation and long-term success.
What You’ll Bring:
* Deep understanding of digital advertising ecosystems and cross-channel strategies.
* Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
* Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and communicate at all levels.
* Experience managing campaign lifecycles, including optimization, reporting, and issue resolution.
* Familiarity with large ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads), campaign management, and measurement tools.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
* 4–6 years’ experience in digital marketing, media planning, or digital strategy.
* Experience working at or with large tech platforms or media agencies.
