Role Overview
Kearys Motor Group is looking for top calibre candidates to join its winning team. We are currently seeking to recruit a Full- Time Junior Sales Executive to join our growing team based in Kearys BMW Motorrad, Eastgate Business Park, Little Island.

Role Responsibilities:
* Be responsible for new and used motorcycle displays.
* Develop and maintain a full knowledge of all products, accessories and key features.
* Responsible for the preparation of all new and used motorcycles prior to handover.
* Kearys overall focus is to train and develop the candidates, so they can quickly progress into a selling position, this will mean overseas trips to BMW Motorrad events including the BMW academy in the UK for training.
* Photographing motorcycles and advertising online.
* Ad Hoc duties.
Role Requirements:
* A positive, can-do attitude.
* Self-motivation.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and customer skills.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Full, clean motorcycle licence is important but not critical.
