Key Criteria
Education
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (2:1 or equivalent) in
Building Surveying
* Degree must be
SCSI or RICS accredited
The Opportunity
You'll join a professional surveying team delivering services across the
commercial, residential, education, institutional and public-sector
markets. From technical due diligence to building compliance and contract administration, you'll gain exposure to the full lifecycle of real estate and construction projects.
You'll work under the guidance of senior surveyors, gaining the experience and breadth required to progress towards
professional chartership
while contributing to live projects from day one.
What You'll Do
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you will support work across:
* Condition and building surveys
* Technical due diligence
for investors and occupiers
* Dilapidations and schedules of condition
* Building compliance and assigned certifier duties
* Contract administration and tender processes
* Building pathology and defect analysis
* Feasibility studies and design support
* Measured surveys and site inspections
You'll have the opportunity to follow projects from
inception through to completion on site
