R&D Engineering Manager
The role of R&D Engineering Manager involves leading a team to implement new global regulations effectively.
* Effective communication with suppliers, advanced manufacturing engineering and operations is key to resolving issues and optimizing design for manufacturability and efficiency.
* Fully developed product design documentation will be managed by this role.
This position will be responsible for:
* Evaluating concepts for mechanical function and manufacturability to optimize them.
* Developing designs and creating prototypes from customer concepts and/or specs to test and validate ideas.
* Maintaining high team engagement levels.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Materials Science, along with a minimum of 6 years' experience.
* Excellent interpersonal skills - able to express ideas and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
