Job Overview

We are seeking a Compliance and Audit Officer to lead our internal audit processes.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement effective audit processes to ensure quality and safety of services.
* Drive continuous improvement in care delivery through data analysis and evaluation.
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years post-registration experience, including 3 years in management or supervisory role in health or social care.
* Academic award in Quality, Safety, Risk Management, or Clinical Governance at level 8 or higher on the QQI framework.
* Proven experience in auditing against regulations and standards.
* Strong understanding of HIQA National Standards and relevant policies.
* Excellent IT skills with ability to analyze complex data.
