hands on operator*
to take ownership of daily operations and grow with the business.
This is for someone who wants responsibility, has high standards, and is looking for a pathway into senior operations leadership.
The Role
As Operations Manager, you'll run daily operations from our Sandyford location whilst also supporting our Charlemont Square site. You'll lead from the floor, manage people, uphold standards, and ensure members and customers have a consistently great experience.
This role is designed to evolve as the business expands.
Key Responsibilities
* Leading front of house operations and delivering an exceptional customer experience
* Driving in person and online sales conversations, converting enquiries into customers, members and bookings in a natural, customer first way
* Delivering and maintaining high barista and service standards
* Managing staff rosters, training, punctuality, and performance
* Overseeing bookings, memberships, enquiries, and day to day operations
* Managing our booking software (Momence)
* Ensuring consistent follow up on online, email, and phone enquiries
* Stock management and venue organisation
* Maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation
* Supporting Trackman golf operations (training provided)
* Weekly operational check-ins at our Charlemont Square location
Who We're Looking For
* A natural operator who leads by example
* Strong people and communication skills
* Barista experience preferred (training provided)
* Hospitality, leisure, or retail management experience preferred
* Golf knowledge a strong advantage
* Someone who wants to grow into a senior leadership role as we expand
Compensation & Progression
* Starting salary: €30,000

Location:
Sandyford (4 days/week) & Charlemont Square (1 day/week)
Hours:
Full-time (40 hours/week). You choose your 5 days to work.
