The Payment Networks team of our Fintech client is seeking a talented Java Developer to drive customer experience strategy through innovation and problem-solving. Our solutions are built on Digital Network Architecture, leveraging Cloud-Native principles and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, object-oriented code using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.
* Apply SOLID principles and design patterns to create reusable, scalable microservices leveraging event-driven architecture.
* Work within a CI/CD pipeline in a cloud environment, ensuring efficient deployment and delivery.
* Implement appropriate data persistence mechanisms (RDBMS, NoSQL, etc.) based on project requirements.
* Ensure adherence to coding best practices and code quality standards.
* Conduct proofs of concept (PoCs) to validate new approaches or technologies.
* Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across the Fintech client organization to ensure project success.
* Contribute proactively in a team-oriented Agile environment.
About You
* Strong foundation in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design.
* Solid hands-on experience in Java and Spring Boot.
* Knowledge of event-driven architecture is a strong plus.
* Experience in online or real-time systems development.
* Familiarity with CI/CD practices and cloud-based development (AWS, GCP, or Azure preferred).
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
* Fast learner with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
