We are looking for an experienced carpentry foreman to join our team in Dublin, Meath, Wicklow, and Kildare.
Responsibilities
Supervise and lead carpentry teams on site, ensuring work runs smoothly.
Manage daily operations for attic conversion projects, keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and complies with building regulations.
Coordinate effectively with other trades, suppliers, and project managers.
Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant working environment at all times.
Read, interpret, and apply architectural drawings and technical plans accurately.
Requirements
Fully qualified carpenter with substantial on-site experience.
Proven experience as a foreman, site lead, or similar supervisory role, ideally in attic conversions or residential refurbishments.
Strong knowledge of building regulations, construction standards, and best practices.
Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
Full, clean driver's license.
Ability to work hands-on while managing and coordinating teams efficiently.
