Dublin Chamber members are united by the vision that the Dublin region will be globally renowned both for its economic competitiveness and quality of life.We are looking to recruit a part time experienced Business Development Manager. This role includes selling Chamber services and building relationships with business customers, leading to increased revenue as well as ongoing relationship management with current members. You will be instrumental in growing our membership and providing value to our members. As Membership Manager you will further the Chamber's growth maximizing our presence in the marketplace as well as engagement with members, stakeholders, and the business community.Responsibilities:·To generate new members across all member categories to monthly and annual financial targets· Working with the Heads of the Membership and Marketing depts support the development and delivery targeted customer recruitment retention campaigns annually with the Marketing department· Relationship Management: Building strong connections with current and prospective members, ensuring satisfaction, and encouraging renewals.· Propositions development: Continuously review and refine promotion material and sales proposition based on based on market analysis, research, staff input and member feedback· Maintain accurate membership records and CRM databases· Responsible for the production of commercial analysis and management reports, including monthly and quarterly reports.· Attend and host member at key eventsKey Skills:·7 or more years of experience in direct selling minimum· Proven success in exceptional sales attainment required in a quota-driven, high demand, fast paced environment· Can demonstrate passion in customer focus, ability to overcome obstacles, high degree of resilience.· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce or other CRM tools· Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to effectively multi-task in a dynamic environment· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including outstanding telephone presence· Excellent internal personal communications and networking skillsApplication Process:Please send a Cover letter and CV to Linda Mc Nulty,, by Friday 6th Feb 2026
